Cancellation/Prepayment/Deposit
The deposit (30%) is non-refundable.
The security deposit of €200.00, payable by credit card, check, or cash, will be returned on the day of departure.

Cleaning
A cleaning deposit of €50.00 is payable upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure, after the check-out inspection.

A cleaning service package of €50.00 can be purchased at the time of booking (the accommodation must still be left reasonably clean (garbage emptied, dishes washed, no marks on walls or other surfaces, etc.)). Without this package, cleaning must be completed before the check-out inspection. Otherwise, you will be billed €50.00 per hour of cleaning time spent in the accommodation.
